I now offer workshops held at Casa Federico. They are all food related and fall under the motto "More Selfsufficient & Green". Over the years, I have started to learn about how to make my own bread, cheese, butter, sausages, salsas, jams and more and I thought that maybe some of my guests would enjoy to learn a little about these topics too.

All workshops are exclusively available to my AirBnB guests and are held outdoors on the premises. The course fee includes ingredients needed for the individual workshop and participants can get additional ingredients to be consumed with the goods produced at the end of the workshop.
